Iristorm Design (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website, MTG Carpenter (“Carpenter”), located at mtgcarpenter.com. This document outlines the rules that govern your use of Carpenter.

By using Carpenter, you accept all of these terms of service and the privacy policy. If you do not accept, then do not use this website.

Limitations of Liability

Carpenter is provided “as is.” We may change or remove any aspect of the website at any time without warning.

Carpenter is provided “as available.” It could be subject to outages or periods of slow activity without warning.

Carpenter links to some third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no liability for, the content and practices of third parties.

Your use of Carpenter is at your own risk. You agree that we do not owe you any compensation for outages, software bugs, inconveniences, or failure to meet your expectations of this website.

You further agree that you will not hold us liable for any losses or damages, whether those be data, financial, competitive, or otherwise, arising from your use of Carpenter.

Unacceptable Use

Do not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or place undue burden on Carpenter’s web servers, whether manually or through automation.

Carpenter is protected by copyright laws in the United States and other countries. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to us and our licensors.

If you breach any provision of these terms of service, we may terminate your access to Carpenter without warning.

Miscellaneous

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States. If any provision of these terms of service is determined to be unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified so that it is enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, while the other provisions will remain fully effective. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms will not be construed as a waiver of such provision.

These terms of service are subject to revision. The current revision has been effective since it was published, indicated by the date at the top of this document. These terms of service will remain effective until a newer revision is published. Notice of revision may be posted on Carpenter’s Release Notes page. By continuing to use Carpenter after revision, you accept the revised terms.
